Should Korea Restrict a Homosexual Marriage?

Should Korea Restrict a Homosexual Marriage?

A homosexual marriage is the freedom of the individual, but Korea restricts it . In my opinion, Korea should legalize it for three reasons. First, homosexual marriage is legality in constitution. According to Article 36 of the Constitution, marriage and family life should constitute the basis of individual dignity and equality of gender and maintain, also nation guarantees it. 'Gender' in this constitution means man or woman, just not man and woman. It means constitution allows not only heterosexual marriage but also homosexual marriage. Constitution is prior to all other laws, so Korea legalizes homosexual marriage. Second, homosexual couples have problem that heterosexual couples do not have. They aren't allowed basic human right like property, inheritance and so on. They need couple's report of marriage for basic human right, but Korea shouldn't recognize their marriage. '김조광수-김승환' couple, open homosexual couple, also shouldn't get recognition. They took legal action against report of marriage in 2013, but the court shouldn't judge the trial yet. Third, many people said "homosexual marriage reduces birth rate," so they insist that Korea shouldn't legalize it. It's right that gay couples can't get pregnant, but homosexual marriage don't reduces birth rate. According to KBS Broadcast Culture Research, the number of homosexual per the total population is 1.9%. Maybe homosexual couples are smaller than that. The birth rate decrease because of the average number of children per household, not homosexual marriage. According to National Statistical Office, the average number of children per household in Seoul is 0.968. It means hetero couples don't give birth well. Beside, lesbian couples can give birth through a sperm bank. According to NEWSKOREA, lesbian couple gave birth quintuplets[1] through artificial insemination in Australia. As a result, Korea has no occasion to restrict homosexual marriage and should legalize it in the near future.

Knowledge from Blog Post

I wrote lots of blog posts and comments in this semester. This gives me many knowledge productions and ownerships. First, I learned about paragraph form. Before writing blog post, I don’t know how to write correct English paragraph. By writing blog post, I can fallow paragraph form like indent now. Second, I am able to know the basic rules of grammar like FANBOYS and capitalize. I knew that title and people name have to use capitalize, but I didn’t know others. In my first blogpost, my capitalize mistakes pointed out three times. Using correct grammar made my paragraph more concise and clear. Third, I am able to remind about knowledge ownership. When I was 16 years old, I uploaded novel that other person wrote on internet site. It is illegality, but I didn’t know about that. The novel was discovered, so I paid large fine about 700,000 won. By writing blog post and citation, I realize about knowledge ownership. Writing something is very difficult work. Therefore, we have to respect other people’s paragraph and sentence. When use other people’s text, we will have to by using citation. Finally, I gained lots of knowledge productions and ownerships through blog post. It was very useful and helpful assignment

1) What has the comments others have posted on my blog taught me about my own writing?

When I write my blog post, I worry about English grammar, and that my opinion gets across well to reader. Because I am not confident about my English ability. Blog comments enable me to reduce that. Moreover, it change my paragraph concise and detailed. I am able to know my fault and other people’s opinion by reading comments. For example, Sophie Yoon's comment for my first blog post tells me about capitalize mistake. Also, Yang Joon Yong's comment change my mid-term exam paragraph more concise. In short, reading blog comments fixes my mistake and changes my paragraph more concise and simple.

2) What have the comments I have posted on other blogs taught me about writing?

When I write blog comments, It improves my English writing ability. I should read other people's blog posts for writing comments. As this time, I saw other people's writing skills and using words.  I can learn new writing style and write more concise sentence through that. Other people's posts often have some mistakes. I can also write same mistakes in my post. By finding mistakes, I can reduce mistakes. In short, I can learn new writing skills and don't mistakes.

Art psychotherapy is the most advanced psychological therapy for these two reasons. First, art psychotherapy is non-verbal therapy. Other psychotherapies need client’s speaking for information, but art psychotherapy don't need client's speaking. It can get client’s information by drawing. Therefore, it is useful to cure dumb clients like little children who can’t express intention, aphasics, and hearing-impaired people. It was verify by psychological researches. My Ideal Place

My ideal place for thinking deeply is greenish, free from noise, and comfortable. First, green color makes person comfortable. Therefore, my ideal room is full of greenish furniture all around. When I open the door, I can see green wall paper on the wall and ceiling first. Green shrub in front of windows provides fresh air to me. When I am really very tangled in thinking, I can lie down on the green bed at the corner and think more comfortably and deeply. Green desk is located the place that let bright sunshine. I can pull out a book from green bookshelf between windows and desk. Second, my ideal room has absolutely no noises at all. Soundproof facilities in the wall protect the room from house’s noises. My ideal room in my house is located quite countryside, I can hear only wind sounds and bird sounds in my room. They don’t interrupt me to concentrate. They make me more comfortable and help me to think deeply. Finally, my perfect room is comfortable.
